Shipping
FREE Delivery is available for orders above RM80 (after discount) for ala carte range and Lysako Curated Box range (Subscription based plan). This is also applying for Lysako merchandises. For orders below RM80 from the shop, RM10 will incurred for both East and West Malaysia.
1-3 working days for West Malaysia. And 3-7 working days for East Malaysia; upon receiving your order.
YES. Once your order has been processed and packed you will receive a notification thru SMS from our courier partner.
We are happy to deliver for FREE wherever your address is in Malaysia; as long as your purchase is above RM 80 (after discount) for ala carte range and if you are the subscribers to Lysako Curated Box range.
Returns & Exchanges
We allow 7 days return and exchange from the date you receive the items. We appreciate your support to us, however we allow the return for bra purchase ONLY due to hygiene (exclusive of panty and merchandise). Please do reach our customer service personnel 011-10629290, for any issue from wrong size (even after the measurement), colour or design wrongly sent or any damages on the received items. Please remember not to cut the tag when you try the bra upon receiving, as the items must be returned unused (Means it’s still original, resale able condition).
Our customer service personnel will give you instruction on the returning it back to us, and we will be responsible for postage incurred for returns and redelivery of the items back to you across Malaysia.

Recycling Program

We work with a recycling partner who sorts through all of the items and grades the materials based on wearable and non-wearable grade. This process ensures that everything reaches its best secondary use and avoids the landfill. Be part of Lysako Subscribers to ensure no bras & panties go wasted.
Please reach out to hello@lysako.com. Clean & pack the parcel, our courier partner will go to collect from you. You just need to courier it to us.

Currently Lysako shop is accepting credit card, debit card, FPX, manual bank transfer, and Duit Now (via TNG and BOOST). Do suggest if you need one that fit your needs, we will try our best to accommodate.
