Lysako emphasize on top notch payment security on all the transactions within our ecosystem, hence, we will only work with Stripe payments gateway who is compliance with PCI-DSS. Both Malaysian and International Credit and Debit cards and Malaysia Online Banking Channels (FPX). All transactions will be transacted in Ringgit Malaysia. Do expect to key in the OTP to complete a payment with Lysako, as the payment is undergoing authentication processes, except for recurring payments as the payment gateway already authenticate your payment details before it’s securely encrypted & stored in a PCI compliance environment. By subscribe to Lysako’s subscription package, which is part of the ecosystem in providing you a continuous & seamless experience, you are agreed & consent to allow the payment gateway to store (securely encrypted) & recur the charging on your card, follow the scheduled frequency. Shipping Policy
Your order will be delivered by Easy Parcel Courier Service and will require a signature (or any KYC as deemed fit) upon delivery. Your item(s) will reach you within 7 business days (excluding Weekends & public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our warehouse, counting from the next day upon payment notification received, You can locate your tracking number by logging into your account & trace via the specific transaction. With the tracking number, go to (the tracking URL) & insert the tracking number for the shipping status.
Returns Policy
Lysako strive to ensuring trouble-free returns, either you are not receiving what you are asked for; or returning the wore pieces, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. We will accept the return of any item bought from our online store provided you notify us of the return within 7 days of receipt, and you return the item to us within 7 days of notifying us. The item must be unworn, unsoiled and in a resalable condition with all tags still attached. Please send us an email before returning an item.
